Models attached.
For the impedance models you can look at the trade-offs between settling error, external R+C, and S+H duration.
For the sample rate models, you can use the minimum S+H as long as you have a very large capacitor on the ADC input. Here, the trade-offs are between sample rate, steady-state settling error, and the external R.
Note that I have setup the 16-bit simulations in an equivalent single-ended format. This is a little easier to play with because you don't have to keep changing pairs of values. You can convert between SE and DE representation with some help from this app. note:
