The image shows that if we draw less current from the IC then the change in output resistance with temperature is more. Can we extrapolate this logic to conclude that if the current drawn is even lower, i.e. of the order of one micro-ampere, then the drift in the output resistance change due to temperature will be even larger? Do you have data or any relation which can specify the relationship between temperature and the output resistance at lower drawn current, of the order of one microampere?
