Hi Sir,

Does Ti have a PMIC solution for LPDDR5? because customer don't want discrete solution.

specification as below:

the output voltage has sequence requirement as below:

Power On: 1.8 -> 1.05/1.1V -> 0.5V

Power Off: 0.5V -> 1.05/1.1V -> 1.8V

For your information, other LPDDR5 & LPCAM vendors are currently evaluating TPS628303 for their power solution.

We currently do not have a PMIC for LPDDR5 available bur are looking into this in the future.
