Tps82673: What is the approximate ISD output of 1.8V?
Tps82671: What is the approximate ISD output of 1.26V?
Is this ISD mainly affected by temperature or input voltage range?

If the temperature data is difficult to confirm, we can specify to only look at the 25 degree range, without considering Isd within the 0-50 range
