TPS22997: How to enhance the Rdson sampling accuracy

Hi team,

I see that TPS22997 Rdson will vary in different temperature. If use some op-amp to sample Rdson, maybe causing a big error. But in TPS22811, we see that the error is not such level, how can we sample the current, sampling the Rdson?

    Hello Hale,

    Voltage rating is different in TPS22997 and TPS22811, so having different RDSon variations.

    You mean how current is detected by the load switch. Current mirroring circuit is being used to monitor the current through FET.
