LM5050MK-2, limiting, delaying inrush current

Hello,

is there a way for LM5050MK-2 to limit inrush current?

I tried to drive two back to back MOSFETs with one LM5050MK-2 like here to delay gate voltage at Q2. But when connecting the circuit to power supply, Q2 was instantly switched on. Gate-Voltage was instantly above 4 V.

Any idea?
