Hello,

Our company is going to use EV2400 to interface bq34z100 gauge with PC computer (using as interfrace I2C-USB). As long BQ evaluation software works fine for configuring and monitoring, our clinet have to develop his own custom software, where, among other functionalities, he want to monitor battery SOC and few other parameters. Unfortunately there is serious problems with working pc - ev2400. Is this possible to have such functionality - or maybe ev2400 works only with TI bq eval software?

Sebastian,

We have some development tools for the EV2300 and some customers have used them to develop their own tools. I have not seen similar development tools for the EV2400, but maybe one of our tools people can help.

OK, thanks for reply.

So as I understand at present moment EV2400 interface for bq34z100 works only with TI BQ evaluation software, providing simple monitoring. Possibility of getting to raw data transmited to PC via USB using custom software is unknown to you. How can I contact with TI tools team then?

Hello,

I have few questions to TI Team:

- is it EV2400 works only with bq evaluation software?

-do You have drivers for win 7 and libraries to use EV2400 to works with software developed by us??
