hi,

I have bq76920evm and ev2400. I have downloaded the 76920 software and this is working.

but the bqstudio is not working. there is no communication. I apply all procedure (press boot button after 18 v power supply connection ) but communication not

working.

half of the progres bar communication fault

please help me. thank you ...

You have the EVM and EV2400 connected properly and the jumpers look okay. What version of bqStudio are you using? You could try downloading v45 from the bqStudion website. The bqz that gets download with bqStudio has problems, so place the attached .bqz in this directory before opening the program.

Hi. All presedures are okey. when firmware update .srec file (from bq78350-R1 Device Firmware ) eventuate checksum error in like second picture.

when I want to read all value from Data Memory, error occuring (Device is sealed), But device is not sealed.

The older firmware version on the EV2400 had some issues with working with the bq78350. I would update the EV2400 to the latest firmware. Here is the link to find the updater.

I would also use the attached .bqz file. The .bqz delivered with the bqStudio version 1.3.45 had some issues.
