Would there be changes in selections of the signal drive or any other parameter required.
No, drive strength selection is independent of temperature.

I am not able to put the query in right way – when simulation is performed – would it be for a specific temperature. Is there a temperature setting that can be used. Please help me understand how the simulation is differentiated between room temperature, high temperature and cold temperature.
One can simulate for different temperatures by simulating “typical”, “minimal” or “maximal” scenarios for a given model selection within the IBIS. These three different scenarios will vary temperature, voltage and process simultaneously.
