AM5748: How to verify the errata workaround

Please allow me to verify each answer.

1. about the risk of applying the patch

Am I correct in understanding that since GPTIMER is used, TI has verified
that it is not affected by errata by checking the passage of time with GPTIMER,
and has determined that there is no risk?

2. Linux repositories provided by TI
The patches in the answer are not necessary because they are also available
from the following sites referred to.
e2e.ti.com/.../faq-am5748-am57xx-mpu-counter_realtime-saturates-after-several-hundred-days
4.19-counter_realtime_backport.zip

This is not patch information as the customer wants to check
if it is updated or not for the Linux repositories provided by TI.

Customer is using Ver 4.19, which has not been updated since April 2020.

The customer is concerned that the link to the above referenced site is blank,
although the search criteria are applied, and that other modifications have been made and updated.

The upstream backport of patches on 4.19 Kernel which can be applied on 6.3 Linux AM57xx SDK:

Is it my understanding that it has not been updated?
If it has been updated, please provide us with the latest information.

That is correct. GPTIMER is not impacted only the COUNTER_REALTIME is affected.

I am not able to open that link. It is blank. Stable backports were done for 5.4. I am unable to find 4.19 but the attached patches in the FAQ should be
working fine.

Is it correct to reply to the customer with the information from the following site
as the repository of "5.4" where the stable backport was performed in your reply?

If the above is incorrect, please provide the specific "5.4" repository
where the stable backport was performed.
