Hello team,

we want to take out the VISS output and dump NV12 ISP output.

we introduced a new graph parameter for VISS node output argument.

and tried making de/enqueue of the buffers.

unfortunately getting following and execution halts at some blocking call :

VX_ZONE_ERROR:[tivxVpacVissProcess] Failed to Submit Request

VX_ZONE_ERROR:[tivxKernelImgMosaicMscDrvSubmit:1075] Failed to Submit Request

any suggestion what could be wrong?

Please check you implementation of making graph parameter of VISS output by referring the below FAQ.

After this, please check if you are seeing this issue without the implementation of "dump NV12 ISP output".

Hello Nikhil,

we tried replicating scaler node implementation from tidl_od application in single cam app. (for VISS node input)

unfortunately execution stops at dequeue call.

we don`t have any clue what went wrong or what is missing.

Please refer the updated single cam app attached below.

Hi,

In the application you had send, I see that the VISS node takes input from the capture node. (i.e. obj->raw.)

May I know why is capture node still in the graph?

Are you trying to do the VISS node file input or save the VISS output?

I tried to bypass capture node.

Actually I am new to OpenVX. Could you locate the place where still VISS is getting in put from capture node?

mainly I updated code in routine - app_run_graph()

In the FAQ it explains on output from VISS actually. we are trying for input to VISS...

correct me if i am wrong.

Here, the obj->raw that you are passing as input to VISS node, is taken from obj->cap_frames which is passed to the capture node.

Then you had created viss_input_arr after this. But the input to the VISS node is obj->raw.

So, to avoid camera input, your input to VISS node should be obj->viss_input_images, which you are giving as graph parameter.

I would suggest to remove the capture node completely to avoid confusion.
