SK-AM62A-LP: Ox05B1S: configure autoexposure for the IR image instead of the RGB image

Part Number: SK-AM62A-LP

Tool/software:

Hi TI Team,

we are currently using the SK-AM62A-LP board with a Leopard Imaging Ox05B1S camera and the following isp-files from your SDK:

sensor-name="SENSOR_OX05B1S"

dcc-isp-file=/opt/imaging/ox05b1s/ linear/dcc_viss.bin

dcc-2a-file=/opt/imaging/ox05b1s/linear/dcc_2a.bin

dcc-file=/opt/imaging/ox05b1s/linear/dcc_ldc.bin

When starting a pipeline in gstreamer it seems as if autoexposure is working properly for the RGB video but it seems as if autoexposure is not working when streaming IR (can you confirm this?).

Can you give me a hint what needs to be changed to have autoexposure working on the IR video instead of the RGB video for the Ox05B1S?

Is it possible to change this by following the instructions in the ISP guide: AM6xA ISP Tuning Guide (Rev. A)

or do we need to change the 2A algorithm itself as described here? [FAQ] AM62A7: How to modify and rebuild TI's 2A algorithm for AM6xA Processor SDK Linux? - Processors forum - Processors - TI E2E support forums

Or is there anything else we need to do?

Thank you and regards,

Christoph
