Starterware/AM3358: pc pointer is in exceptionhandler

Tool/software: Starterware

In most of the time, the program work properly.

But it sometimes crushed,and the pc pointer is in exceptionhandler (the address in the *.map file )until  a reset occurr.

Can anybody tell me what resulted in the exceptionhandler,or how to find the cause?
