TRF37A32: Spice model of TRF37A32; Pulse Stretcher circuit

Part Number: TRF37A32

Is there spice model of TRF37A32?

I would use it to make a pulse down convert circuit or pulse stretcher, if TRF37A32 is suitable for  the application?

I wish to run some simulations by TINA first,

The goal is to stretch a short pulse width to a wider pulse width.

Specifically, a input signal defined as Pulse_RF_IN is a pulse width of 1ns, and its Pulse Repetition Frequency is 1.11kHz. (every 900us per pulse)

The down convert IF output need to be a pulse width of 20us above.

I would use a RF transformer like TRF37A32 or balun to make a mixer.

Hope someone could kindly suggest the circuit.

Here is my reference:

Best wishes.

Unfortunately there is no TINA model available for the TRF37A32. You can consider modeling the mixing topology in Keysight ADS with your RF balun to simulate the pulse expansion circuit.

The goal is to stretch a short pulse width to a wider pulse width.

I am not seeing how you can do so with the TRF37A32. Briefly reading the papers that you had attached, I cannot see the local oscillator port connection. I believe it is tied together with the RF_IN. In this case, you will have to take care of the impedance matching of the splitting between RF and LO input ports.
