LM73: When is the ADDR input strobed?

Part Number: LM73

Support Path: /Product/Development and troubleshooting/Find key information on a device/

Does the LM73 change its I2C address whenever the voltage at the ADDR pin changes or is the state latched during power up?

I wonder if it is possible to use multiple LM73 in parallel and use the ADDR pin as a "chip select" input.

  • Hi Dirk,

Thank you for reaching out to us. For LM73, the ADDR pin is latched at power up. In your case, I would suggest to use TMP devices where it latches at each transaction execution.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
