I would like to detect static cars for my autopark project. But Traffic Monitoring Demo can detect cars when they are moving. If car does not move, it cannot be detected.
Could you please help me about configuration of Traffic Monitoring Setup to detect all static cars?

The traffic monitoring demo currently only supports tracking of vehicles that are moving when they enter the scene.
To detect static objects, the out of box demo can be used with static clutter removal disabled:
