IWR6843ISK: Ports can't connect in visualizer

Hi,

I have the same problem as written in this topic:

The ports in the visualizer can't connect to neither of the ports.

I uploaded the demo image (according to out of the box demo) by using Uniflas, removed the SOP2 closing and opened the visualizer v 3.4 online - but connection failed. I restarted the computer and nothing helped. Do you have any further idea?

Hi Charles,

Yes, I followed exactly.

During flasing the settings were ok and everything worked well. Afterwards, in functional mode I couldn't reconnect.

Hi Krisztina,

The setup looks right. Do you have any more than one EVM, is anyone working?
Can you also share a screen shot of your device manager , showing both COM ports?
lastly can you try a different browser?
