CCS V12 install error(with Unicode)

hello

when i install the CCS12.3.0.00005_win64 in my labtop.

but it cant. the reason is "Unicode Character Check -> Your temp directory path contains Unicode characters which can corrupt the installation. Please refer to the trouble-shooting guide for a workaround."

However, the path with the installation file is the default path provided by TI company without Unicode.
If the installation location is designated as a different location, how do I change it?

The warning is not about the CCS install location (which does not have any unicode character). It is regarding the system temp folder location. The system temp folders typically reside inside your user folder. I am guessing your user name has unicode (Korean) characters and that is the issue:
