CODECOMPOSER: An error occurs when installing CCSv10.3.1.00003 on a Windows 11 PC

Tool/software:

I'm trying to install CCSv10.3.1.00003 on a Windows 11 PC, but an error occurs midway and I can't install it.
After turning off my virus software, the same error occurs when I start the installer.
I'm using the offline installer.
In the Select Components screen, I only selected Hercules Safety MCUs.

The error is as follows.

When I check ti_emupack_9.3.0.00058_install.log, the following log is displayed.

I have the following questions:

1. How can I resolve the above error?

2. Can CCSv10.3.1.00003 be installed on a Windows 11 PC?

    CCS 11.0.0 is the first version to support Windows 11.

    I suggest updating your CCS version to the latest version of CCS, which is 12.8.1.

    I knew that CCSv10.3.1 was not compatible with Windows 11 PCs.

    However, I needed to install CCsv10.3.1 on a Windows 11 PC, so I asked.

    I also tried to install CCSv12.8.1 on a Windows 11 PC, but a similar error occurred and I was unable to install it.

    The error log is below.

    Based on the error content above, the reason why CCSv10.3.1 and 12.8.1 cannot be installed on a Windows 11 PC is probably the same.

    Therefore, I believe that CCSv10.3.1 can be installed on a Windows 11 PC.

    Could you please tell me how to improve the error?

    Thank you for trying 12.8.1. I am sorry to hear that it also failed.

    I believe the error may be related to the antivirus/security software on the system. There are some known issues with McAfee and Kaspersky to name a few. What type of antivirus/security software is running and would it be possible to temporarily disable it during the installation?

    I am currently using the following security software.

    ・ESET Endpoint Antivirus 11
    ・ESET Management Agent 10
    ・Fortinet Endpoint Detection and Response Platform
    ・Tanium Client 7.4.9.1062

    I have tried turning off ESET when installing, but it did not install.
    It is difficult to turn off software other than ESET.
    Is there any good way to do this?
