Hello,
I have just received delivery of a CC26x2R LaunchPad development kit, and it does not appear to be functioning. Thomas from TI online techteam identified it as a likely quality issue and sent me to make a thread here, which doesn't SEEM like the right process, but following instructions exactly is the only way I seem to be making any progress troubleshooting this at all.
This is my first time with a Launchpad, so it is possible I am missing something basic, but as I understand it, there should be a light which comes on when the board has power. Plugging the device in to power does not give me that light, and attempts to find the board either through CCS or by running the preinstalled Project 0 fail to find it. I have tried multiple USB ports on two different computers and a USB wall adapter, as well as a different, known-good cable. Package arrived in good condition, all parts appear intact, I just have no life out of it. What is my next step?
