RF430FRL152H: ADC Error (ADC Tolerance) calculation

Dear Sir,

We would like to know the ADC error.

0.6V connect to the ADC pin, but the data form the SD14mem is between 10973 and 10964

We set 16 bit accuracy.

SD14CTL1 =  (SD14RATE2 + SD14RATE1); // 16-bit

1. Why is the difference so big? (10973 ~ 10964)

2. The TUE(Total unadjusted error) is 2%

That means the error is 0.9V x 0.2% = 0.0018V ?

Or how to calculate the TUE?
