Tool/software:
I have a CC2652P ZC and a CC2652P ZED in the network, where the ZED rx was set always on. Both device send private zcl command to each other every 50ms, where the ZCL payload is set to 6 bytes. Then, put the equipment into the programmable temperature test box, set the temperature at-40 degrees Celsius, start the test box, and start the data test immediately. When the temperature drops to-15 to-30 degrees Celsius, the data transmission quality of ZC and ZED becomes worse, and the connection is finally disconnected.
I want to emphasize that if I wait for the temperature to drop to -20, -30, or-40 Celsius degrees, then start sending the data, this problem does not occur.
I use the external 32. 768khz crystal as the clock source, and I observe that the frequency deviation at low temperature is less than 2 hz, which should not lead to this problem.
I have tried to use the internal 32. 768khz crystal as the clock source, and I have also tried to use the TI CC1352P-2 development board to test, and this problem will occur.
Have you ever found this situation? I doubt that there is something wrong with the chip. what should I do more to solve the problem?
zcl command shows as below.
