What are the difference between the following:

1). DS90C032WLQMLV


2). DS90C032W-QMLV

3). 5962L9583401VZA

4). 5962-9583401VFA

They all have the same data sheet, but I do not see any differences in there.

    DS90C032WLQMLV = 5962L9583401VZA

    DS90C032W-QMLV = 5962-9583401VFA

    “L” = 50 krad, “-“ = no rad testing
    Please confirm if this is the information you are looking for.
