ADS5400: Does the batch number of ADS5400 affect the output?

Part Number: ADS5400

My customer used to use the 2013 batch number ADS5400. Later, he bought ADS5400 batch numbers for 2009 and 2010. Input the same signal，he found that the output waveforms of ADS5400 batches in 2009 and 2010 were different from those of 2013, and the static current of 2010 batches was more than 100 mA larger than that of 2013 batches.

Register updates are mentioned in the latest version of the ADS5400 datasheet. Will this affect output? What other reasons can cause this phenomenon? Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you give me a little more detail on the differences between both devices please.
Can you give detail on how the customer tested both ADS5400's? Did they design a custom PCB for both or use the same one for each? Can you send me details on the test setup as well?

My customer tested both ADS5400's on the same PCB with the same program. But the output waveform are different.

Hello

We used the same circuit board to do the test. In the absence of any modifications to the program. The output waveforms are different. There is mention in the version that registers are updated, and whether registers need to be set up again. Thank you.
