Hi,

We have some questions:

1>Where is the PCM5142EVM hardware guide? Dipswitchs setup etc...

2>We want to use PCM5142 initially in ROM mode (Program 5). There is PCM51XX ROM in the Components section of PurePath... what can we do with this? It crashes PurePath when we try run it. Seems there is no info on this.

3>There is a ROM file for PCM5120 that looks like FixedProgram5 for PCM5142... but running we are UNABLE TO CONNECT TO HARDWARE (in either I2C or SPI modes tried DIPSW changes)... Can we use this 5120 for 5142? Why can we not connect to HW?

Did you have any luck finding answers to the 3 questions above? Almost out of time to spec this in the design.

Particularly getting it running in Program 5 ROM mode....?

You can find information about the EVM setup and schematics in the PCM5102EVM guider HERE. These boards share the same design.

I am working through PPS board connection issues trying to find the root cuase so we can get you up and running.
