Today I met a question when I use ccs3.3 to run my omapl137 project.The problem shows bellow.

 Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x1c00004 on Page 0 of Length 0x4: Error 0x00000002/-1060 Error during: Memory,  An unknown error prevented the emulator from accessing the processor in a timely fashion. It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR.  This will disconnect each  target from the emulator.  The targets should then be power cycled or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000260/-1198 Fatal Error during: Execution, Initialization, OCS,  Cannot get ownership of the EXE unit.  

Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Halt Target" at 0x800074ae: Error 0x00000008/-1199 Error during: Break Point,  Breakpoint destination was deemed illegal.  

Breakpoint Manager: Retrying with a AET breakpoint

 

I never met this problem before. I don't know it is wrong with my own projiect or my ccs setup.

    Hello,

    What is the full CCS version you are using?

    How are you connected to the target? Are you using an external emulator or do you have a USB cable plugged directly to you target board?

    When does this happen? Basically can you describe in detail exactly what you did when this error happened?

    Hi

     

    I have same problem when I try to connect the ARM9_0 side of the OMAPL137 . I was able to connect a couple of days ago. I can stil connect to the DSP side and run code on that.The gel file also enables the ARM so I end the debug session of the DSP side and try to connect to the ARM side

    I get the error as

    ARM9_0: Trouble determinind memory access types: (Error -275 @ 0x2A4E) The attempt to poll a target a device exceeded its timeout limit. The utility or debugger has .....( cannot see the message as have to go for end the CCS through task manager)

    ARM9_0: Failed to query for reset capabilities: (Error -242 @ 0x2A49) A router subpath could not be acessed The board configuration file is probably incorrect .......

    ARM9_0 : Error: (Error - 1029 @ 0x2B5f ) Invalid data read from ICEcrusher register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists , confirm configuration, ......

     

     

     

    Is there a testpoint or way to test if something happened to just the ARM side  of the OMAPL137 as I am able to connect to ARM side of the EVM board as well as another custom board. Its just on one board so I was thinking whether I could check if i have damaged but can it be a possibility that only ARM side is damaged as I am able to connnect the DSP. And as I am able to connect to another similar board I dont think configuration file could be a problem.

     

    Any suggestions welcomed
