ccsv5.1.0.0800 does not allow breakpoint in linked file

FYI. The M8 build is having trouble with breakpoints set in linked files. It also has trouble with ctl+R (run to line). This did not occur in M7.

    Ugh, that is a nasty one. I just tried this out too on M8 and I see the same issue. On M8, the breakpoint manager seems to be pre-pending the compilation path to linked file path for the full path to the file, thus creating an invalid path to the source file. Strange.
