I am unable to login to that forum. It initially specifies the "readonly" user name, and I've also tried "random" and "anonymous".
Specifically, I'd like to track Issue #SDOCM00082701 - Rebuilding the NDK for CCSv5.

that far as i can see the given SDOCM ID is not available as guest user.
but the database works.
probably that entry needs a higher access level - it might be protected from public viewing due to customer needs or TI needs.
if someone is working on that your(?) issue then i assume you should be notified when its fixed or going into a new software release.
use that wiki page for login as guest to the database - the "page" link will work.
