All graphs are disabled in ccs4

Hi,

I'm using CCS 4.2.4.00033 (currently licensed) along with the ezDSP c5505 board, but for some reason all the graphing options (single time, dual time etc.) are grayed out in Tools > Graph menu while debugging. Has anyone ever come across this, if so do you know how to enable them?

PS. This started to happen after extending my evaluation license. The options are briefly enabled in the period before (Licensed) appears in the title bar, so it seems to be related to licensing.

Hi Mike,

Can you try using a new workspace? I've seen similar issues resolved by using a new workspace.

I marked this thread as solved but this problem is becoming increasingly more annoying, I'm creating new workspaces every day but graphs keep getting disabled. I hope you fix this bug in the new version.

Mike,

The next time you hit this issue could you please zip up the .metadata folder in your workspace and attach it here? That will really help out the engineering team to analyze this issue further.

Mike, FYI, the root cause for this has been identified and it will be fixed for CCS 5.1.1.

I have encountered this bug in CCS 5.3.0.00090. I was going through the multi day workshop PDF and the optional exercise in Lab 7 causes this bug. I am running Windows 7 64bit. I was able to correct this problem by deleting the metadata directory and reloading the project.
