For no apparent reason, the C/C++ Build Configuration properties disappeared on all projects (ARM and DSP for an OMAP L138) in CCS v4.2.0.10018. We have been using TMS320C6000 code generation tools ver. 6.1.20. But now, in the build properties, the C/C++ build window is empty. We tried reinstalling CCS, but no change. Anyone have any idea what happened and how to get it back?
Philip,
Are you using Windows 7/64? If so, it is possible the issue you are experiencing is the one shown in the thread below:
http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/95632.aspx#333202
I didn't experience this issue myself (I use Win7/64), but other colleagues reported this happening to their installs.

Rafael
Rafael,
Thank you for the helpful link. I installed the SWT libraries as instructed and the build configuration appeared. The tabs for the configuration settings appear, however the environment and macros tabs are still blank. Also, I can build an ARM project, but the DSP projects just do a clean when I select rebuild project. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry, but there is no resolution for those tabs. Really the best solution is to move to CCSv5.1 since the Eclipse version it uses properly supports 64-bit machines.
