importing makefile into ccs4

If it is a standard makefile, you would need to use a makefile project in CCS.

Note that the above link is for CCSv5. The steps for v4 may be a bit different. basically you would need to look at the Eclipse documentation for the version of eclipse that comes in v4 (Eclipse 3.2). I would recommend using CCSv5.
