AM335x starter kit error -1266 : device is held in reset

Hi, I was able to connect to the target for many times; today, I got the message "error connecting to the target : error -1266 : device is held in reset" from CCSv5 in Windows ( I'm using Starterware and no flash card in the target).

Any suggests?
