My computer system is Win7.
It's Acer Aspire 4743 

I disable the McAfee fire wall, NVIDIA, and wi-fi when I try to install the CCS 5.4.0.

But it pop-up the error.

    Hi, 

    please send us the installation logs.  These are in the installjammer registry directory.  The folder may be hidden and is under program files or program files (x86).

    Also make sure your user account does not have special characters.

    Hi,  

    first, as mentioned I would try a clean installation of v5.5 removing the previous logs/attempts. (the logs referenced below in this post).  Also be sure to try the full offline installer.

    Those don't seem to be the logs we need.  

    Please send us the installation logs if you have trouble with v5.5.  These are in the installjammer registry directory.  The folder may be hidden and is under program files or program files (x86).

    could you please try the newly released v5.5 as a full fresh installation.  Remove the old attempt including these logs.

    Another couple ideas: 

    V1 Try to run installer from Administrator :  right button click on "Setup" > run as Administrator.

    V2 Right button click on "Setup" > Properties > Compatibility http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html

    Note I suspect the issue to be the space in your user account .... I hope this is fixed in the v5.5 installer, which I once again very strongly recommend.    We did clean up quite a few things.

    From the v5.4 log you provided, I see your CCSv5.4 install failed because your anti-virus program was interfering with the unzipping of files. Others have run into this problem with McAfee and found CCS would install if McAfee was completely disabled.

    The logs you posted for CCSv5.5 are a bit different but the cause may be the same. During the installation of Eclipse components, signed JAR files are uncompressed and copied into place. The signature on one of these JAR files is saying there is content missing from the uncompressed JAR file.  I have not seen this specific error before, but I would guess that your anti-virus program is interfering with the unpacking of files by Java.

    Do you have any way to completely (but temporarily) disabling the anti-virus real-time file protection feature on this computer?
