What is the corresponding tool in CCS v4 for the file-->data--> save or file-->data-->load menu item in CCSv3

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie to CCS and working with TMS320C6713. I want to know how can I perform FILE operations using functions like fopen(), fclose(), etc? I want to execute a prog and want to write the results in file.txt. I have written a code for this which runs fine in a C compiler. However the code does not create any file when I run it on my target DSP.

Any document regarding this will be of immense help.
