xds560 pci jtag cann't connect DM6446

I bought a xds560 JTAG PCI EMULATOR KIT TMDSEMU560 from TI. When I used it to connect Davinci DM6446 EVM bought form SPECTRUM DIGITAL, it failed.

The message is :

Error connecting to the target:

Error 0x80002240/-183

Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS, Control,

This error was generated by TI's USCIF driver.

SC_ERR_CTL_CBL_BREAK_FAR <-183>

The controller has detected a cable break far-from itself.

The user must connect the cable/pod to the target.

Does this emulator support the davinci dm6446 evm? What should I do to solve these problems

The SC_ERR_CTL_CBL_BRK_FAR message typically means that there is a problem with the emulator connection at the target header.

Is this the first time you are trying to connect to this board with this emulator? Do you have a different emulator to try with the same board?

You may want to start by looking at this wiki page: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php?title=Debugging_JTAG_Connectivity_Problems and run the tests suggested there using dbgjtag.

Thank you very much。This is my first time to use this emulator to connect the board and this is the only emulator I have. When I use this emulator to connect DM6437 EVM bought from Spectrum Digital，I met with the same problems, What should I do?
