TPS61256 two type of output voltage ramp

Hello, all

As for TPS61256. Please see the attached waveform.
There are two type of start up - output voltage ramp.
Attached waveform, input is same 3.6V
Occasionally two type of output ramp happens.

Q1. Is it normal or abnormal ?
Q2. What is the triggar of 2nd ramp start (3.6 to 5V)
