I need to know the amount of times the flash can be erased and rewritten,

I tried to look in the datasheets and in the user manual and nothing.

For CC2530 and CC2531, the flash can handle 20,000 erase cycles. This number is unfortunately missing from the data sheet. On CC243x, CC251x and CC111x, the number is 1000 erase cycles.
