Hi,

I'm working with L138 & wl1271, and try to test p2p connectivity using this reference

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/OMAP_Wireless_Connectivity_NLCP_WiFi_Direct_Configuration_Scripts

where the firmware is Rev 6.3.1.0.79_S11 but from

http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/dwmw2/linux-firmware.git;a=tree;f=ti-connectivity;h=85609a550cf9a3982e7e4445a161824a68223167;hb=refs/heads/master

I can get only Rev 6.3.0.0.77.

With this firmware I can't get connection between EVMs. Where I can get fresh firmware? Where I can find out dependencies between firmware version and kernel version (compat-wireless)?

    Hi,

WiFi direct is working with R4 releases, so far we had 2 releases, the one you are referring too is indicated in our WiKi page in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/OMAP_Wireless_Connectivity_OpenSource_WLAN_release_R4SP1 however we have upgraded version so I would take it from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/OMAP_Wireless_Connectivity_OpenSource_WLAN_release_R4SP2_Engineering_Drop

    Regards,

    Eyal
