4 Mic Project

Hi Gary,

I have attached a zip including a project and two device configurations. Simply open the project in the configurator. The same slave config can be used on all the mics as automatic channel selection is enabled; each connected mic chooses the lowest available microphone channel. For jumpers and 0 ohm resistors on both the Audio EB and the AIC34 EVM follow this application note: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra383/swra383.pdf - except for the following:

-In figure 4 you don't need to connect the inputs of course. Instead you will use the audio output, and you can use the headphone connector J7 to listen to mic0 and mic1. Put SW1 to the "CAP" position. For mic2 and 3 you can get this at J13.2 and J13.4.

-From figure 4, the jumper that says: "PurePath EB 0 ohm resistor dependant", is not needed. But instead you should connect J17.12 to P18.6 on the audio EB. Remove the jumper on P18.5 and P18.6 which will disable both SW2 and LED D9 on the audio EB.
