How to use the standard BLE profiles?

Hi TI Experts,

How to use the Bluetooth Low Energy Standard profiles such as

Accelerometer profile and Cadence profile?

I want to use them as is and what kind of procedures I should follow?

Where I can check if these two profiles are already adopted or still under adoption process?

Hi Jerry,

For your second question, you can see a list of the adopted profiles on the Bluetooth.org site here: https://www.bluetooth.org/Technical/Specifications/adopted.htm. The BLE GATT-based profiles are listed in the "GATT-based Specifications" table. Any profile in this list is adopted, any profile not in this list is not. To see the status of profiles that are not adopted yet, look here: https://www.bluetooth.org/Technical/Specifications/enhancements.htm (you need to have a Bluetooth.org user to access this).

For ths first question,

there are some profile examples in the Texas Instruments SimpleBLEPeripheral project. It is a good starting point to understand them.
