Hi everyone,

I modified a CAN_Boot code for f28379d. I want to put it in flash. How can I do that ? And how can I write the code which for jump to application ?

Would you mind giving me some advices and sharing some documents about my questions please ?

In your predefined symbols under project properties, add "_FLASH". Refer to any of the examples on what I mean. This will enable the memcpy action of copying the required functions to RAM that must run from RAM. You need to switch out your RAM linker command file for a flash linker file. Refer to the linkers provided in C2000Ware.

Could you give more information about RAM linker command file and flash linker file ? Should I change these for flash to put the kernel code in flash ?

Yes, you should use the flash linker. It may be easiest to update the RAM linker to put the appropriate sections in flash. You can pull in the flash specific items by referencing any of the flash linkers.
