How to open the files with Altium Designer?

Most of the motherboards that controlCARDs plug into, including the Experimenter's Kit baseboard, have been done using the freeware tool ExpressPCB (http://www.expresspcb.com).  Unfortunately the files generated in ExpressPCB do not translate to most of the more common suites (like Altium).

If it's of use, some PADS files of a similar "Hardware Starter Module" can be found in controlSUITE at:
C:\TI\controlSUITE\development_kits\~controlCARDs\Hardware Starter Modules\

     Can you help me translate the PCB file in expressPCB into PCB file in Altium?

Fred,

The Hardware Design Module's schematics were done in Orcad and the layout in PADS.  Many design suites have the ability to import other suites' files, but I'm not sure about Altium.

We do not typically translate files for customers.
