Hello, are there any motor control examples using Hall effect sensors, i couldn't find any.
I can find some documents about "Digital Motor Control (DMC) Library", but could not find the download link to the library (apart from a lot of dead links on the forum).
I did download motorware but could not find a example with hall effect sensors.
Hello!
Please pay attention at this ti\controlSUITE\libs\app_libs\motor_control\
Regards,
Igor
Ok thanks, i found an example @ C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\DRV8312-C2-KIT_v128\BLDC_Sensored
I have the DRV8301-69M-KIT so now see what i have to change before i can start spinning.
let me know how it progresses. We never released a HALL project for the DRV8301 because we promote sensorless solutions, but I do have a working port if needed. In fact, I think I have attached it previously on either this or the Motor Drive forum. You might be able to find it by searching.
I am very interested in a working port, i could not find the project in the forum.
I found it on the Motor Drive forum

Hello e2e,
I already have access to the DRV8301-69M-KIT, which I ordered when I saw that TI didn’t have the DRV8312-EVM in stock last week. Do you think that it will be particularly problematic if I attempt to follow the “Trapezoidal Control of BLDC Motors Using Hall Effect Sensors” while using the DRV8301-69M-KIT? I’d like to get the DRV8301-69M-KIT up and running because it will support the control of larger motors to support a wider range of motor testing. If you think that it makes a lot more sense for me to start with the DRV8312-EVM, please do let me know.
Thanks for you help!
