Hello,

Can TMS320F28337D's EMIF1 interface connect and share SDRAM and NOR Flash in parallel?

    Hi,

    Yes, this device supports different chip selects (enables) for SDRAM and ASRAM interface. CS0 is for SDRAM and CS2/CS3/CS4 (only CS2 on EMIF2) for ASRAM interface. User can connect the SDRAM device to CS0 and ASRAM device to any of CS2/CS3/CS4 chip selects. If the interface of NOR Flash is same as ASRAM interface, supported on this device, it can be used.

    Please note that higher address bits on EMIF1 are muxed with SDRAM control signals hence if user wants to use higher address space for ASRAM, they could use GPIO pins.
