SPI-A boot with TMS320f28335 fails after loading 2 Bytes

When I try to boot from SPI-A. It starts well but stops after 2 Bytes ('AA'), that looks like:

after ~200ms it tries again with just one Byte ('A')

in debug mode I can load the Flash content without a problem.

Has anybody a clue what my problem could be?

The Bootloader and SPI-A boot are Hard-coded or can I change, look or debug it ?

Thanks!

Once again I'm pretty clueless....
