hi,

I,m work on tms320f28377s on my design board.

reset pin(XRS) in my board is under text.

I see reset pin by oscilloscope and see 62hz frequency periodic signal.

is it true?

    If you are setting the BOOTMODE pins as BOOT to Flash (Get Mode) and device flash is not programmed then you'll see reset pin toggling. You can try changing the BOOTMODE pin setting  (e.g. change it to Wait BOOT mode) and that should prevent the toggle on RESET pin.
