This may be due to blanking capacitors 22 μf instead of 0.1?

Vladimir,

This is more of a warning rather than an error. It should not have anything to do with your capacitors.

Are you able to flash the program successfully?

Vladimir,

It looks like the device connected properly because you can read the memory contents.

Can you give us some more background on what you are trying to do? Do you already have a project built that is ready to be loaded?

Yes. I have simple project. I try debug it. But when i click debug it CCS sends this message.

Are you starting with an example project from C2000Ware or ControlSUITE?

Can you share a screenshot of CCS? UniFlash is generally not used during code development and debug.

Maybe this is due to:
1. 3,14,37,63,81b 91 pins are connected to + 3.3V. In the examples they are not connected to + 3.3V
2. There is no power supervisor (11 pin connected to + 3.3V directly)

Oh, I think you found the issue. The VDD supply is 1.8V nominal:

That would probably explain why the core is not responding properly.
