Docking station doesn't have a certain GPIO port

I need to use GPIO 39,40,41 from my TMS320F28035. I'm using F2803x control card (TMDSNCD28035). However, the docking board doesn't seem to have those GPIO listed on the PCB. How do I access those 3 GPIOs?

The labels on the DIMM100 connector on the USB docking station do not correspond with the TMDSNCD28035 control card names, but the pins are still brought out to test points.

You should be able to access the GPIO39, GPIO40 and GPIO41 on the USB docking station.

F28035.GPIO39 (pin 56) : P1.42 : J1.42 (GPIO-87) : J5.5
F28035.GPIO40 (pin 64) : P1.30 : J1.30 (GPIO-48) : J5.16
F28035.GPIO41 (pin 48) : P1.80 : J1.80 (GPIO-49) : J4.13

Just wondering, where can I get this information? Just in case in the future I need to access other GPIOs which number doesn't match that on the docking module...

The hardware documentation, including schematics, are included in controlSUITE. This contains not only the software examples, C header files, libraries, but also the hardware documentation for the various kits including the docking station and controlCARDs.
