i would like to use the TL 783 in an high voltage application as current sourcing regulator with more than its 0.7Amps output current.
Is the a (easy) way of current boost to 3A with external transistors or maybe paralleling?

This circuit should work, but it is untested. The TL783 supplies current and the PNP will assist and will provide the bulk of the 3 amps.
The maximum voltage compliance can be over 100V if the PNP transistor can handle the stress (unlikely). The minimum compliance will be a more than 15V because the TL783 has a very high drop out voltage (see figure 1 unit data sheet).
Parallel PNP are possible with emitter degeneration resistors. If NPN are better try current helper seen in figure 19.
