During golden pack file making, I need .senc file to reprogram the pack to clear all hidden constants. Where I can find the same?

I tried to program .senc file & error message appeared that "Device not in ROM" .

First, make sure the gauge is in Full Access Mode. This can be determined by looking at the SS and FAS bits in the Operation Status register in EVSW. If they are both green, then the device is in Full Access Mode. If they are red, you will need to send the Unseal and Full Access keys. Next, you will need to send the go to ROM command. This can be done by sending 0F00 to address 00 using the Pro screen.
